Calculated complete engine tolerance in RD&T software, Inspected proposed assembly sequence in Skövde Engine assembly Plant, Measure variation in required component and proposed changes in respective components. Contribute to the geometry assurance work through reviewing and approval of tolerance, locating strategy for single parts, delivery units, in-house sub assemblies, subsystems and for complete vehicle. calculate tolerance variation and sensitivity analysis using RD&T software. Review geometry systems and judge the possibility to measure based on tool set-up and environment. . Make the RPS and Tolerancing for single parts and in-house assembly’s. Conducted virtual matching activity using vehicle scan points from Belgium plant and modeled 3d surface using Catia regenerative surface. Maintained digital twin model in RD&T using CM4D data.
