1.Selection and Procurement of large number CNC Machines and Other Special Purpose Machines such as 5 axis heavy duty large size steel titanium and aluminium profilers up to 12 meter by 4 meter bed size, medium and heavy duty vertical and horizontal machining centres,Mill turn and Turn Mills ,Water jet Cutting ,EDM and Wire Cuts,Horizontal and vertical Jig Boring,CNC Routers,Vacuum Annealing furnaces,Strech forminh press ,laser cutting , CMM and Rapid Prototyping Erection and Commissioning,Tool selection and tryout ,CNC Programming and Component Proveout, CNC Machining, 2.Recruitment of CNC operators and their hands on training and stabilisation of machines and related activities. 3. Machining of components of Aircraft structure and engines of different aerospace grade materials such as Titanium, Aluminium, Steel and composites etc 4.Assembly and tessting of Landing gears, titanium welding and machining,sheetmetal forming, rubber and plastics, other non metals like composite ,structural assembly of aircraft,final assembly and testing,flight operations and custimer acceptance. 5.Aircraft upgrade and overhaul , outsourcing and insourcing,airport civil and cargo operations,solar power, maintenance, civil works, air traffic, IMM ,finance and HR functions.
