Which includes: • Recruitment of IT team and orientation • Integration of the country IT in corporate It structure • IT Procurement and IT budget • Implementation and adaptation of complete IT services including the application map for the country and infrastructure for 200+ users • IT project management of first country store opening • Recruiting a successor and coach him according to corporate IT operation needs Reporting to: CFO of Makro Cash and Carry Egypt and South Europe IT Regional Manager

Scope of responsibility: Managing a team which is responsible for: • IT Project management of in 30 Metro counties, which mainly focused on standardization and centralization of IT systems • Controlling of “IT Investment Proposal Requests” coming from the countries • Aligning with the country IT operation for the Budget and Forecast for IT expenses and investments • Problem coordination between the technical departments and country IT operation for high priority production problems • Providing regular reports to the management about the international project status and investments Managed staff: Multinational team consist of 8 Senior Project Managers Reporting to: Division Manager of Network Service Center
