Leading the HR activities on Group level, setting and implementing the HR strategy - Providing HR BP support to Top Management (Group CEO, Executive Board, Holding organisation and subsidiary CEOs) - Supporting the Group`s M&A activities by carrying out HR due diligence and post-merger/integration activities - Managing and designing Group level HR processes like performance and career management, talent development, HR system implementation, international recruitment, annual bonus and share programme - Leading the Group HR team and coordinating the HR function on Group level - Participating in Executive Board meetings
- Driving and advocating the talent agenda for Western Europe - Contributing and implementing a social media strategy and framework, measuring KPIs for all countries (eg. Talent Brand Index - TBI) - Participating in M&A activities in Europe by conducting due diligence and supporting the integration of the acquired companies to BAT - Improving recruitment and talent branding processes both in HRSS and end-markets
