I am an engineer by nature, a biologist by training, and a system architect by calling. For 20 years, I lived in the "Ground Truth" of biotechnology. From the labs of Academia Sinica to the frontlines of North Morning Star, I mastered the stochastic reality of the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS). Scaling 500L bioreactors and purifying proteins taught me a hard lesson: Biology is messy, non-linear, and unforgiving of theoretical abstractions. The Pivot: An Operating System for Biology The disconnect between "Wet Lab" nuance and "Dry Lab" computation is the bottleneck of modern medicine. To solve this, I am architecting the Omega Ai Ecosystem—not just another AI model, but the infrastructure to ground AI in physical reality. My work focuses on three proprietary frameworks: Omega AI Protocol: Adapting chip interconnect standards to create a high-bandwidth interface between AI Agents and biological hardware. Seven-Unit Semantic-Physical Alignment: A control framework (inspired by JEPA) that uses "Fermat Rigidity" to prevent AI hallucinations in physical experiments. Truth ETL: A rigorous data pipeline ensuring epistemic integrity in our knowledge bases. The Mission: Stay Real, KO Disease Technology must serve humanity. I am designing economic feedback loops that reinvest system surplus into infrastructure, aiming to drive the cost of advanced therapies (like CAR-T/NK) toward acceptance . I am not a disruptor; I am a stabilizer. A civil engineer building the bridges for a disease-free civilization.
