I directed sales associates to exceed daily, monthly and annual goals. I resolved customer complaints. Trained and scheduled sales associates. I strategized with buyers to assist with purchase orders, return orders, warranty issues, and markdowns. I also made tri-weekly bank deposits.
As a sales associate, I employed excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate daily sales goals, studied technical products in order to provide customers with appropriate benefits, and used retail pro to complete customer transactions and track inventory.
