Global is the largest Radio Network in the UK, the second largest Out Of Home Advertiser in the UK, the largest Digital Audio Advertising platform in the World (DAX) and the second largest festival business in the UK (at the time of my employment). At Global I was responsible for the generation of revenue for some of the largest Independent Media Agencies and Radio Specialist Agencies in the UK. Key Roles: I became a master of Global’s large portfolio of brands so that I could advocate for all areas of the business. Using this brand and industry knowledge I was able to quickly deliver bespoke responses and look for new business opportunities using Airtime, Content Solution, Partnerships, Digital Display/Video, DAX (Digital Audio), Outdoor and Festivals. I understood the importance of relationships and worked hard to build mutual trust with agencies, clients and key stakeholders. In doing so, I was able to uphold my reputation in the industry while positioning Global as a market leader. Ran daily and weekly revenue reports alongside catch ups within my wider internal team and Senior Management to insure we always had a clear pipeline to achieve our revenue targets. Confidently presented pitches and presentations to clients and internal teams. Day to day management and personal development of Account Executives and Graduates. Took an active involvement in the wider business to pick up additional responsibilities, while motivating and helping others around me. I was extremely proud that I met and exceeded all quarterly targets and saw double digit percentage growth from my main portfolio of clients.
