Our core business is providing Advanced Grading Solutions for all civil and earthworks projects across South Australia by utilising the latest Trimble technology, equipment and methodology. Our projects range from but not limited to: Complete road re-constructions, Subdivisions, Feedlot design and maintenance, Highways, Overtaking Lanes and Shoulder Construction, Air strips, Bulk Earthworks, Commercial Shed and Building Pads, etc..
Key responsibilities: • Coordinating labour and asset resources across APG, driving efficiencies to ensure non-productive time is minimized, tasks are performed in a time critical and efficient manner and all direct and indirect costs are investigated and justified. • Collaborating with key-stakeholders (i.e. Far-East Asia (FEA) Operational Planning and Resource Management team and FEA Product Service and Delivery team) to manage on-time delivery to clients, which predominantly include internal and cross-departmental contracts to clients such as Woodside, Chevron, Santos, Origin and Beach Energy. • Working with suppliers to improve inefficiencies, cost of delivery savings and increased asset availability. • Managing daily meetings to assign resources and personnel across critical projects throughout APG. • Developing systems that work alongside company CMMS for preventative maintenance tasks, deficiency reports, as well as repairs within monthly forecast budgets, industry standards, best practice and OEM guidelines. • Scheduling of all maintenance across APG, ensuring equipment delivers on-time and within operational demands at the highest possible standard. • Providing leadership to support and encourage continuous feedback across the maintenance teams. • Project lead on various Asset refurbishments • Managing the Permit to work (PTW) process as a PTW Authority to ensure the safety and compliance of the work site.
