In addition to my work in print and digital media, I host several podcasts, including: "Hub City Now with Tyrone Tony Reed Jr." – where I highlight everyday heroes making a difference in their communities. "Tad & Tony's Overdue Movie Reviews" – a weekly show where we review our favorite classic movies, bringing insightful commentary and nostalgia to every episode. "Picture This" – a podcast where Tad and I explore possible sequels, reboots, remakes, and more in the world of TV and movies, pushing the boundaries of imagination and creativity. Through my podcasts, I engage with listeners on topics ranging from creative writing to entertainment, blending insightful discussions with a dose of fun and inspiration. I’m also passionate about expanding my storytelling into new territories. Every year, since 2023, I have had the honor of serving as the emcee of the Haywood Comic Convnetion. I have also been a guest author and spoken on several panels, interviewed guest celebrities, vendors and guests and co-hosted live podcasts.
Showstopper Productions was created to share our love for creating and designing showstopping projects with those who aren't able to or don't know how. For nearly a decade, I have been honored to lend my voice to a variety of national, state, and local campaigns. My work has included recording commercials and voiceovers for brands such as DIRECTV, Lowe’s, the Tennessee Department of Revenue, as well as city mayors, restaurants, barbershops, workforce centers, and concert promotions. Beyond voiceover work, I have hosted "Hub City Now", a television and radio show that highlights community leaders and important local conversations. My work in media has also extended to co-hosting two dynamic podcasts, "Tad & Tony's Overdue Movie Reviews" and "Picture This…", where we dive deep into film reviews, potential sequels, and reboots. Additionally, I have served as the emcee of the Haywood Comic Convention for three years, engaging fans and conducting interviews with guests. Most recently, I had the privilege of co-hosting the Go Red Luncheon alongside my wife, bringing awareness to heart health. I am passionate about using my voice to inform, entertain, and engage audiences.
