I am a highly motivated and innovative UEFA A Licence qualified football coach, who has cultivated an impressive portfolio of experience and achievements at various levels within football since commencing my journey along the coaching pathway   Throughout my coaching career, I have utilised my key skills – communication, planning and organisation, leadership, mentoring, teamwork – to contribute to the development of players under my guidance at 1st team and Academy level   My coaching career has run in conjunction with my work on community football programmes, including for the Chelsea FC Foundation, where I plan and implement Premier League Primary Stars activities in local primary schools. These sessions on based around Numercay, Literacy, PSHE and PE.
