I am a career driven individual. I have always enjoyed being in a performance driven environment as it gives me greater job satisfaction to excel on targets. I have 5 years experience in sales and have overachieved in all my roles. During my managerial roles I have seen performance significantly increase due to actions and plans I have put in place. I find it easy to relate with individuals on all different levels.
After a successful time previously with Voice I was approached with an offer to come back to the company which I accepted. I now manage a team of 30 agents. This entails coaching on a daily basic to ensure they have the correct tools to do their jobs to their fullest potential, managing the dialer, managing KPI's and many other duties. Since starting as a team manager I have seen performance increase week on week and feel my team look up to me but at the same time know they can approach me for anything.
In this role I had to deal with a variety of customers and situations. All the while ensuring a overall good customer experience. This role also involved up selling to existing customer and obtaining.
This role involved selling energy contracts to SME and manage their accounts till point of sale. Due to how much I excelled in this role I was given the opertunity to manage a team of 25 agents.
