I'm a motivated person with a passion for building God's Church through various means. I have experience in pastoring people of all ages from varied walks of life. I lead multiple ministries across the church from new converts classes through to young adult ministries and leading a small discipleship group. I also have experience in cultivating lasting relationships and fruitful partnerships for a Christian charity that works with local churches nationwide.
My role is to work with various departments of the charity to assess and develop aspects of our fundraising strategy.
LIFE Church is one church in 4 locations, I am based at our Leeds location. We are a local church committed to proclaiming Jesus and working to serve those in our local and wider communities. Key responsibilities: • Lead the Young Adult (18-30 year olds) ministry alongside my wife • Oversee pastoral cases ranging from mental health challenges to bereavement • Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Leeds Church • Oversee and lead all things discipleship • Church administration • Lecture in our LIFE Church Leadership College • Prepare and preach sermons in our biweekly Young Adult services and periodically for Sunday services
In this role I developed relationships and built key partnerships with churches across the West Midlands and Wales. This was achieved by promoting CAP services and equipping the local church to serve the poor whilst confidently proclaiming Jesus. Key responsibilities: • Promote the vision and values of CAP to discover church(es) leader(s) whose visions align. • Prospect churches across the West Midlands and Wales. • Public Speaking (Church Leader’s Breakfasts, Church Partnership Days and church services). • Build and manage a pipeline • Devise and execute marketing campaigns
