About

I kept running into the same problem at work: nowhere to take a call or focus without hunting for an open conference room or ducking into a hallway. Offices weren't built for back-to-back video meetings, and the usual fixes (construction, phone rooms, cheap one-off booths) were slow, expensive, or just didn't work. So I started PrivacyPod. We make sound-isolated office pods that give people real privacy without tearing up the office or committing to anything permanent. I'm not interested in overdesigning them or overselling them. I care that they work, install cleanly, and hold up. My background is in mechanical and electrical engineering, so I pay more attention to how something functions than how it's marketed. That shows up in the details that matter: acoustic performance you can actually feel, ventilation you don't notice, layouts installers don't curse at, and pods that fit how offices really run day to day. We also think past the box itself. How people get into private space, how it's shared, scheduled, and managed, those things matter as much as the pod. The goal is simple: a better way to work in a noisy office, without making facilities teams' lives harder or boxing companies into decisions they'll regret.
