Production Engineer II Accountable for design and planning of production and workover operations Roles and Responsibilities -Plans and designs production and workover operations within AFE cost and schedule -Conducts production surveillance on 100+ Upper and Lower Eagle Ford Wells -Designs and optomizes artificial lift including Rod Lift, Gas Lift, Plunger, GAPL (Gas Assisted Plunger Lift), and ESP -Troubleshoots and resolves project variability and issues within scope of control -Provides production/workover learnings and design improvements/ SOP feedback to Engineering Manager -Ensures lessons learned are applied within Operations Team and contractors -Works with engineering team and field operations regarding integrated scheduling and planning -Conducts Safety Risk Assessments on all field operations -Confirms production Data is accurately recorded for Production Accounting -Evaluates project feasibility through economic analysis -Predicts production uplift from projects through Nodal Analysis -Minimizes impacts on wells due to offset fracs and parent/child well relationships -Determines optimal tubing size and installation dates -Works with facilities engineers to determine benefit of compression -Works with drilling and completions to ensure cohesive planning for the life of the well -Works with Planning department to estimate production deferral volumes and outages

Member of a team that will represent my school at SPE's ATCE conference in an annual jeopardy style quiz bowl on petroleum industry history, trivia, and technical knowledge. We finished in the Final Four out of over 80 teams that applied to compete in Amsterdam ATCE 2014.
Excelled through positions from sand transfer, chemicals and acid, blender operations, and ground to running the frac pumps from inside the Control Center. Conducted training for new employees in pump maintenance and sand operations for frac procedures. Worked 100+ hour weeks. Achieved multiple promotions and worked my way through all of the operator positions and competencies. Safely managed acid and other chemicals. Demonstrated communication skills working in teams as large as 30+ individuals. I still maintain my CDL.
