About

Scaled pilot project to full developmental cycle, saving company $2M in production costs. Parameters for current pilot project using activated carbon were incorrect, wasting GeoSynFuels’ financial resources. Discovered incorrect measurement of an outside column was being used. Adjusted measurements for activated carbon to inner columns, generating significant production cost savings. Expedited shipping times for contractors, increasing revenue at Grainger by $975K. Additional revenues were not being generated due to outdated shipping processes. Identified shortcomings with current procedures. Implemented new processes within department. Increased total number of daily shipments from 25 to 100. Significant revenue increase resulted. Through my experience at Grainger and Autozone I have learned to demonstrate excellent customer service and am knowledgeable when it comes to satisfying customers regardless of the field. I am furthering my education through Pharmacy school where my goal is to achieve a doctorate in Pharmacology in order to better my understanding of currently incurable diseases such as Alzheimer's and try to find ways to cure it through extensive research. Specialties: Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, some experience with Microsoft Visio
