- Assist the engagement team in executing and reviewing all work papers to issue an audit opinion within the given time frame to ensure customer satisfaction. - Work to tie-out financial statements to ensure proper representation of the companies’ financials. - Analyze the companies’ financials and supporting documentation to identify and document risks throughout the General Risk Assessment step of the audit. - Run alternative procedures and disclosure testing related to the financials of the entity to ensure fair and material representation of the company so that an audit opinion may be issued.
- Chairman of ACCENT Speakers Bureau. Known as the largest student run speakers bureau in the nation, I had the role of leading a very successful team of 60 staff to put on 7 shows featuring 8 high profile speakers. - Oversee all operations, including finances, to provide a safe and engaging event for students. Coordinated with Agents, Speakers, Managers, University Officials, Law Enforcement, and more to ensure the smooth running and success of all shows. -Reviewed and provided offer letters, contracts and travel logistics to provide high profile speakers and safe and smooth appearance at the University of Florida. - Managed a $500,000 budget to bring in notable speakers to the University of Florida to engage and inspire the student body for shows with over 700 attendees. Notable speakers brought to UF campus throughout my time as Chairman include: Stephen A. Smith, Josh Richards, Barbara Corcoran, Josh Peck, Chad Michael Murray, James Lafferty, Rob Gronkowski, and Giancarlo Esposito.
- Director of operations prior to and on show day. Oversee 15 directors in order to successfully produce the largest student-run speakers bureau in the country with a budget of $620,000. - Oversee all operations prior to and on show day with tasks such as security overview, guest experience, manager of media, speaker wellness, etc. - Notable speakers include Dave Portnoy, David Dobrik, Rob Riggle, Bill Nye, Donald Trump JR, Kevin Oleary, Pitbull, and more.
- Accountable for all media preparations in order to allow for professional quality representation of events. - Coordinate with co-executive staff members in order to plan the appearance as well as photograph notable speakers as well as assist in operations in need of assistance.
- Oversee operations of all Florida Blue Key events as well as other key staff members in order to coordinate the smooth running of the oldest most prestigious leadership honor society in Florida. - Oversee marketing and cooperation of members of the executive board.
Spring 22' Tapping Class
- In charge of directing a large budget in order to create a profit throughout the tournament. - Oversaw all financial aspects of the tournament and remained responsible for the organization of funds through software such as Tabroom, Excel, and Square. - Responsible for collecting payments from numerous schools as well as the payment of judges based on the amount of time spent and rounds judged.
