PASS are weekly group study sessions written and led by high achieving students to provide additional support for subjects with a high failure rate. During my time working in this program I progressed through a number of roles to become the PASS Student Mentor Coordinator. In this role, I managed PASS Mentors with the aim of building community and synergy within our program and externally with other UOW peer learning programs. In my time at PASS, I interviewed, trained, evaluated and mentored Leaders to produce the best possible outcomes for students. I also helped establish a virtual version of the program.
