Reported directly to the CEO responsible for deal origination, due diligence, transaction negotiation, investment and operational restructuring projects. Lead projects across Singapore, Malaysia and Australia on asset rationalisation and consolidation of business operations as part of a post-merger integration.
Led operational improvements and organisational change across the Orica Mexico Operations consisting of approximately 200 employees across 11 different customer sites. Strengthened customer relations through implementing new CRM strategy, retained a major contract through relationship improvement. Worked with key customers to develop contract KPI's and drive collaborative improvements.
Operations Efficiency Latam & Australia Worked at poly metallic, gold, copper and coal mines across Australia, Chile, Suriname and the Dominican Republic as well as industrial manufacturing facilities. Worked in teams and led operational improvement projects to improve the safety, quality and productivity of blasting operations and explosives manufacturing.
