Hello! I’m Terence – a project management professional with nearly 5 years of experience in delivering product and platform, from vision to version. From a young age, I’ve had keen interests in bridging the business and technology disciplines. Leveraging these interests and skills as a project manager – the bridge between business and technical teams – makes me feel right at home. I’ve developed a project management skillset in applying Agile frameworks, clarifying and structuring business requirements, and translating that to clear actions and acceptance criteria. I ensure the team stays aligned and that things are on time and on budget. I’m currently experimenting with AI for project and people management use cases, as well as working towards the PMP® certification to grow as a professional.
