About

Most organizations don't have an information problem. They have an integration problem. Leaders don't need another lecture on psychological safety. Managers don't need another slide deck on values. The breakdown happens after the presentation ends — in the gap between knowing a strategy and actually living it. When that gap widens, engagement drops. Turnover rises. Teams go quiet in exactly the meetings where they should be loud. I bridge that gap. By day, I'm an Executive Business Partner at Microsoft. Years of operating alongside senior leaders in high-stakes environments taught me one truth: Knowledge doesn't create change. Practice does. So I built The UnScripted Lab™ — a behavioral practice clinic for leadership teams. Not a workshop where people take notes. A gym where people rehearse real scenarios before the stakes are real. The method is simple and deliberate: real-world scenarios, bite-size hands-on practice, and immediate wins you can feel before the session ends. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Master Leadership Trainer, I design every rep around how behavior change actually works — not how it looks on a slide. I pressure-tested this by founding Microsoft's Business Support Discipline AI Lab, taking a community from "knowing about AI" to using it daily — people who started out overwhelmed and afraid of being replaced: • 8 sessions built on live user scenarios and hands-on demos — practice first, theory second • 80–173 active attendees per session • 77–86% of participants (varying by session) reported immediate confidence gains; ~90% satisfaction The Unscripted Lab is built on one conviction: in the age of AI, the most valuable leadership skills are the ones machines can't replicate. So that's what we practice — live, on your feet, with your actual team: • Authentic Intelligence — leading with distinctly human judgment while AI reshapes the work • Storytelling — turning your experience into the narratives that move rooms and change minds • Communication under pressure — saying the hard thing, in the moment, when the script runs out Nobody leaves with notes. They leave with reps. If you lead a team and you're tired of training that evaporates by Monday — follow along. I post practice drills you can run in your next meeting, and field notes from inside the Lab. 📩 DM me to talk about bringing a practice clinic to your leadership team.
