Dec 2024 earned a Regional Business Manager position with Axsome, a growing Neuroscience company with life changing products. Oct 2023 moved into a Renal Specialty sales Leadership building and leading an amazing team whose efforts grew to lead sales metrics to #1 in volume, #1 in breadth, and the #2 market share in the nation. Prior to Joining Roche, I worked at Dillard’s Department Stores in progressively responsible roles leaving as Operation Manager, responsible for $28.5 million in sales and 193 employees including 9 managers.
