I am a healthcare software leader with 25 years of experience building and scaling customer-facing technical delivery organizations in complex healthcare software environments. Today, I work at the intersection of product, engineering, sales and delivery, helping healthcare software scale successfully in complex hospital environments. At Doctolib, I built and scaled the customer-facing technical delivery function for the German market from 0 to 10 team members, supporting expansion into hospitals and large healthcare providers. My work includes interoperability partnerships, large healthcare customer implementations, and technical delivery from pre-sales through go-live. Earlier in my career, I worked in consulting at Accenture and in product management at eBay, which gave me a strong foundation in transformation, product thinking and execution at scale.
