• Acts as the first responsible in payroll-related activities and relations with outsource payroll company. • Makes sure all activities are pursued within the scope of Turkish Social Security regulations & Labor Law and global Financial Control Framework guidelines. • Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in line with the Company requirements • Providing full coordination to manage payroll provider's top quality service in its all functions. • Undertake the job matching process for the business areas supported working with TW • Participates into the surveys of compensation research companies • Communicates the overall wage and salary systems & company’s benefits programme with the staff • Proposes salary of newcomer employees • Conducts and interprets benchmarking surveys (data filling, analysis & presentations of surveys findings) for the Annual Salary Review Process and for compensation review purposes • Handles Employee insurance program with broker and employee pension plan • Takes active responsibility in the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits and Reward & Recognition SOPs. • Manages projects designed to improve administration of benefits in the areas of cost containment, consistency, and equity of C&B programs. • Executes Benefits Program • Plays active role in the preparation of personnel budget • Registration of related newly hired colleagues in global HR systems • Preparation of official hiring documents (contract etc.) • Preparation of official leave documents • Preparation of official termination documents • Follows-up ÜTT (Product Promotion Team) Certification processes
Provide professional guidance on the payroll, reward and recognition domain to all employees in the region. •Provide accurate and timely compensation & benefits related data to regional vendors, managing HR operational data when needed. •Check, validate and reconcile all compensation & benefits data received from vendors. Identify risks and work with vendor and HRE FA on risk mitigation. •Develop and maintain good working relationships with external agencies and service providers in order to support the smooth provision of HR services across the organization and promote the external image of the company. •Identify process and structural improvement opportunities for regional compensation & benefits services, define an action plan and support implementation. •Administer employee life events and eligibility changes of all employees in the region. •Administer benefit claims, payments and refunds in coordination with Finance and third parties, as appropriate. •Manage pension administration for the region. •Ensure full SOX compliance across all countries in scope. •Support all internal and external audits. •Generate and provide all statutory reports to local authorities in a timely manner.
