I was in control of the production and services provided by Coronaria's eye health business and Silmäasema Eye hospitals. The development and management of the operative business were under my command, and I acted as a supervisor for the chief operating officers and service supervisors. Together we ensured that service production and services ran smoothly. I also cooperated closely with the business directors.
I was responsible for developing the operations and managing Coronaria Tilkka Eye Hospital. I had an opportunity to cooperate successfully with our biggest client HUS. I received much praise for leading people and managing various changes. Together with the staff, we made massive changes and expanded our operations to new premises as operations grew.
I was responsible for the service production, personnel, and customers in western and northern Helsinki. I worked as a supervisor for about 240 personal assistants. I was also responsible for active cooperation with customers, customer retention, and customer satisfaction. As a service supervisor, I got great experience in the employee lifecycle (hiring and onboarding to offboarding). I also had the chance to launch a much praised monthly info letter for my staff.
