• Responsible for the planning, analysis, monitoring, and execution of all financial KPIs across the Mobility Aftermarket, Subregion Türkiye & Middle East. • Act as a strategic business partner to the Regional Director, Country Sales Manager, and cross-functional teams (Controlling, Marketing, Logistics) by supporting customer quotation calculations, enabling early warning systems, and driving process improvement initiatives. • Lead the entire budget planning process, including ownership of the storyline and alignment with regional goals. • Ensure high-quality forecasting and reporting on a monthly, daily, and annual basis; oversee cost and financial analysis, commissions, bonuses, discounts, and customer/product-specific pricing changes. • Prepare KPI dashboards, executive presentations, and business review materials for senior and top management.
Mobility Aftermarket
• Led the Change Management team responsible for raw material and body part modifications. • Monitored and analyzed team workflows to ensure efficiency and identify areas for operational improvement. • Prepared and presented weekly and quarterly performance reports to senior management at headquarters in Germany.
• Managed end-to-end procurement processes for technical changes related to raw materials and body parts.
