For 7+ years I've been obsessed with one thing: taking the broken, manual workflows buried inside large organizations and turning them into scalable, AI-driven systems — the kind where stakeholders look at the result and say, "this bypassed the need for a demo." Right now at Publicis Sapient, I lead product for the Albertsons Media Collective's Content Supply Chain. We replaced a manual, multi-team process with an automated, headless platform that cut campaign turnaround up to 70% (from ~10 days to 3) and unlocked uncapped capacity — and new revenue — for the retail media business. Before that, I built CoreAI, a node-based agentic AI platform that automates the entire campaign lifecycle: brief summarization, creative production, and one-click deployment across ad exchanges. It earned me recognition as "Most Innovative AI Enabler." Before corporate life, I was a founder. I bootstrapped Tekfyl to a 25-person team, sold our products to hospitality chains across Delhi, and got an autonomous wheelchair funded by a Paralympic gold medalist. Three years of building from zero taught me product, grit, and leadership in a way no classroom could — lessons that still shape how I build today. - Led the product strategy and roadmap for a 0-to-1 Internal Enterprise Platform (Content Supply Chain), transforming a manual, siloed workflow into a centralized, automated system for internal marketing teams. - Identified critical user pain points in asset production and launched a solution that reduced internal time-to-market by 70% (11 days to 3 days), significantly improving operational efficiency for the Albertsons Collective. - Orchestrated development across 15+ cross-functional teams (including Technology, QA, and Creative Ops) to ensure seamless integration with internal systems like Monday.com and Adobe AEM. - Designed and implemented an automated Quality Assurance (QA) framework that validates asset compliance and security standards in seconds, eliminating manual human error.
- Strategic Vision & Roadmapping: Co-authored the "North Star" vision for the Content Supply Chain (CSC) transformation, securing buy-in from senior client stakeholders (Director/VP level) and aligning cross-functional teams on a multi-quarter roadmap. - 0-to-1 Product Development: Led the discovery and requirements gathering for an automated Landing Page Generator, conducting deep-dive interviews with creative operations teams to reduce time-to-market for retail media assets. - Process Optimization: Architected the Creative QA automation workflow, integrating disparate tools (Box, DAM, Clinch) to streamline the asset review process (ART), significantly reducing manual handoffs. - Dependency Management: Proactively mapped technical and business dependencies 1-2 months in advance across strategy, engineering, and UX teams, ensuring seamless PI (Program Increment) planning and execution. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitated high-impact workshops with strategy SMEs and industry experts to prioritize use cases for Retail Media Networks (RMN), balancing immediate "quick wins" with long-term strategic moves.
- End-to-End Workflow Automation: Led the development of a node-based Agentic AI platform that automates the entire campaign lifecycle—from Brief Summarization and Audience Targeting to Generative Creative Production. - Automated QA & Governance: Architected the platform’s Quality Assurance (QA) node, implementing AI guardrails to validate creative assets before they are approved for release. - Multi-Channel Integration: Engineered the "Deployment Node" to integrate with external ad exchanges, enabling one-click multi-channel distribution and eliminating manual campaign trafficking. - Visual Workflow Builder: Designed a "Canvas-based" UI where non-technical users can visually connect these modular AI agents to build custom operational workflows.

Few products are listed below. iOS App - FeedBack App An iOS app designed to replace the pen-paper feedback system in Restaurants and Hotels in Delhi. The main aim was to design a quick feedback (30 seconds) with least input from the user. - Selfie App An iOS App to click selfies, add props, filters and instantly share it to various social media platforms with the owner’s place watermark. Apps sold to a few Hotels and Restaurants in Delhi including Imperfecto and Informals. Solar Charger The project was funded by Shiv Kumar Singh, Angel Investor.
