Designed equipment using PV-Elite, Compress, Auto-Pipe, Excel based design. Familiar with international specification such as EIL, SABIC, FLUOR, Linde, Jacobs. Hands on experience of preparing Mechanical Datasheet, Material requisition, Purchase indent, vendor offer review, Tabulated bid analysis, Interdisciplinary Engineering, Document review, Proposal, Weight estimation, Manhour estimation.

- Preparation of specific technical requirements for projects based on client requirements - Preparation of mechanical data sheets, equipment specifications, definition of scope of engineering and scope of delivery - Implementation of lessons learnt from previous projects - Preparation of technical inquiries, execution of technical bid evaluation and vendor co-ordination - Conduct technical clarification meetings and prepare final technical bid evaluation - Conduct kick-off meeting with the supplier and ensure participation of involved parties, as applicable. - Coordinate and ensure input needed from other disciplines and engineering discipline - Conduct vendor meetings and technical clarification meetings - Vendor drawing & document review and managing timely completion of vendor documentation. - Co-ordination and execution of orders with suppliers - Technical functional inspections in vendor workshops to ensure required quality and delivery time. - Update the Line Manager of order progress / updates - Enhance communication skill by internal leadership and training programme such as connect, lean six sigma, excellency and six sigma so as to handle a team of people efficiently - Qualification and experience in design of static equipment like Storage Tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and special equipment like Plate Heat Exchanger, filters, stack, silo, silencer etc.- - Worked in mega scale projects as pressure vessel and API storage tank specialist for Reliance AGR (J3DTA/SEZ), Tobolsk SIbur (Russia) and IOCL for Padur. - Co-ordination and technical clarifications with manufacturer for complete package with support from other disciplines. - Mechanical Design of Pressure vessels, Storage tanks, Floating Tubesheet Exchangers using software called Compress. - Bid Tab Evaluation of Storage tanks for various vendors. - Review of Strength calculations, including WRC analysis & confirming to Datasheet, Project specification. - Review of drawing for above vessels including G.A, Details, Name plate & shipping etc. All above activity is for project MOTIVA ENTERPRISE LLC. - Prepared spread sheet for Design calculation of Storage tank as per latest API650 incorporating changes in WIND, SEISMIC & APPENDIX V.
- Mechanical Design of API620 Flat Bottom Dome Roof Storage Tanks for PETRON EMIRATES / Ferrofab under the approval of GASCO / FLOUR. - Design of API storage Tank using TANK2.55 Software for FLOUR - Design of Rectangular Storage tanks as per ROARK formulas for INCO-Oman. - Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessel using PV ELITE software confirming to SABIC specification - Completed YANSAB PETROCHEMICAL PROJECT & STONE & WEBSTER SHARQ project having 80 nos. vessels designed using PVELITE software for ZAMIL STEEL KSA. - Drawing checking referring to Code & Client project specification for above projects - Communication & Co-ordination with client relevant to technical & Design clarifications & justifications. - Leading the team of 6 Nos D’mans to complete the drawings accurately & within the stipulated period.
