Diagnose any car or service problem by asking the correct questions to the customers and by observing the visual factors or sometimes by performing a test drive which is needed to see what's the problem on road together with the customers. Confer with the customers about determinations made together with them or determined by mechanics at workshop. Calculate the main cost and extra cost one by one. Get ready to explain everything will be invoiced. Recommend the customers to do the all main and necessary things in an urgency row. Gain approval the customers about these things needed to be done. Note the objections if they don't accept any of them. Create a new work order or customise the open one according to the customers' final decision. Follow up the workshop workflow. Control and inform the mechanics about it. Warn them if there's something wrong and missing. Lead and organise the service group composed of formen and numbers of mechanics first of all as a technical man in charged to represent the dealer. Check on work order to see if everything is done as it's expected just near the car. Finalize the work order. Control and get ready the invoice value.
