Alongside my role at Setrow, I advise a limited number of companies on growth strategy, CRM infrastructure and customer lifecycle systems. My focus is helping organizations increase retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value through scalable engagement channels such as email, push, messaging and marketing automation.
