I'm an experienced automotive engineer. My expertise in BOM Management plays a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in product structures. I have extensive experience in various tasks within the automotive industry. These responsibilities have enhanced my knowledge of automotive technology, strengthened my ability to work under pressure, and cultivated my patience. Along the way, I’ve gained invaluable experiences that continue to shape my professional growth. My ability to manage Project Coordination and adapt to Change Management processes has been critical in successfully navigating complex projects. Collaboration is at the heart of my working style. - Designing car related manufacturing structure, specifications given by customer and other stakeholders and maintenance of product structure according to the instructions given by customer and other stakeholders. -BOM mainentenace in a co-operation between R&D, purchasing, engineering, production and sales. BOM development and correction of possible errors found there. - Communication with various stakeholders. - I was participated on a various different product development projects as a represantive of product structure engineering. I boldly brought my own ideas, thoughts and advices. I made and composed monitoring lists for the needs of different departments. - Maintaining VDA documentation and updating the collection list to support new partnumbers that were used in the manufactured products. - Measures related to the imporvement of documentation of partnumbers. - I ensured that the parts are placed correctly at product structure, so they will be ordered and delivered at the exact time. With my work, we managed to drop lack of parts caused by BOM errors near to zero. I develop new communication practices and brought new communication culture.
From January 2022 to October 2022 my tasks were following: - Implementing change packages by the customer's and monitoring the changes. - Acting as a contact person for the customer and other stakeholders. - Preparation and implementation of the quality assurance plan. - Verification of the start of production of change packages. - Instructing and coordinating other employees of the department in matters related to change packages. - Coordination of problems found in the production of model change packages. - Participating new car and facelift projects. From November 2018 to January 2022 my tasks were following: - Implementing product changes with co-operation between production and customer. - Estimating the cost of technical changes. - Maintaining manufacturing and quality criterias. - Use of parts (BOM) and maintenance of procurement criteria in both the customer's and Valmet's systems. - Creation of a quality assurance plan for the production changes of the manufacturing product. - Participating various projects. - Drafting user manuals for the systems used at work and holding training sessions for their use.
