I am a Finance Director with 15 years of experience across the UAE, Türkiye, MENA, Africa, and Central Asia. My work is about building finance functions that actually work. Not just the numbers, but the systems, the teams, the controls, and the reporting that give leadership teams the clarity they need to make good decisions and grow with confidence. Over the years I have worked across holding groups, petrochemicals, FMCG, retail, and investment environments. I have built finance departments from zero, led multi-entity consolidations across GCC countries, and worked directly with CEOs and boards on strategy, governance, and financial planning. I take my work seriously. I believe good finance leadership is not just about closing the books on time. It is about being a reliable partner to the business, someone leadership can trust when the decisions are difficult and the numbers need to make sense.
