I like building. Preferably from zero. I've been building things on the internet since 2011: first fixing computers and building websites for businesses in Ankara while still in high school, then trying everything at METU (design, development, marketing). Like a brute force algorithm, I tested every branch and converged on Growth. Since 2018, I've been doing growth at Jotform (SaaS, 35M+ users worldwide), from intern to manager, always on the builder side of marketing. My pattern is simple: take something that doesn't exist yet and build it to the standard of the best in the world. So far, that has meant: → Building an outbound lead generation engine from scratch: ICP, value propositions, and ABM programs for the US public sector and education markets → Leading Channel Development today: the full agency acquisition journey for Jotform's partner program, from first touch and interest generation (email, LinkedIn, AI-personalized video) to HubSpot flows, onboarding, and activation. → Managing teams of 3 to 6 since 2021, onboarding and training people across multiple teams along the way → Automating everything repetitive with HubSpot, n8n, custom scrapers, and LLM workflows Before all of that, I was a founding team member of KızBaşına (2017) and volunteered there for over two years before graduating from university. Leading the team that brings agencies into Jotform's Agency Partner Program: outbound, multichannel, built from scratch. -Designed and run the partner acquisition engine end to end: ideal partner profile, prospect sourcing, multichannel sequences, and the interest-to-activation journey -Built the full post-application journey in HubSpot: sequences, workflows, and activation flows from first touch to active partner -Focus on consulting agencies serving US public sector and education clients, including the E-Rate ecosystem -Launched AI-personalized video outreach and hook-based messaging on top of bulk sequences, continuously optimizing reply and conversion rates -Built internal prospecting tooling: custom scrapers and an n8n + LLM pipeline for lead enrichment and tier classification -Lead a team of 3: onboarding, coaching, and developing new teammates
Built Jotform's outbound lead generation function from zero for the US public sector and education markets, turning cold outbound into qualified pipeline and closed deals. -Defined ICPs and value propositions, then built the full outbound funnel: prospecting, sequencing, qualification, and sales handoff -Ran ABM programs for high-value US government and education accounts -Led a team of 4 across sourcing, outreach, and qualification; onboarded and trained new team members -Standardized the operation with playbooks, dashboards, and sequence performance reviews
