• Conduct log analysis on Splunk ES and IBM QRadar SIEM solutions and provide recommendations to the technical teams via IBM Resilient and JIRA ticketing system. • Monitor and analyze notables/offenses through Splunk ES and IBM QRadar and identify security anomalies for investigation and remediation. • Analyze phishing cases and determine type of attacks mitigate alert. Conduct analysis to determine the legitimacy of files, domains and emails using online OSINT tools such as Virus Total, Urlscan , Email Header Analyzer and MX Toolbox. • Familiarity with fundamentals of information security including network technologies and tools, identity and access management (IAM), network security, implementing secure systems and risk management. • Monitor endpoints by effectively using CrowdStrike Falcon and SentinelOne EDR solutions and analyze detected threats in the enterprise. • Experience in using various tools like FireEye HX, Burp Suite, NMap, Tenable Nessus, Kali Linux. • Analyze PCAP files, narrow down anomaly traffic with Wireshark, examine the details of the infected hosts and write IOC on executive summary reports. • Responding to cybersecurity incidents by collecting, analyzing, providing detailed evidence and ensure that incidents are recorded and tracked in accordance with its guideline and requirements. • Identified and documented vulnerabilities for remediation by use of analysis. • Followed up on user requests by colloborating with other teams
