I support data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing and business operations across the region. My role combines analytics, forecasting, and strategic planning to enhance customer engagement and revenue performance. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, improve reporting automation, and ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives and business plans aligned with global strategy. Performance Analytics & Reporting: • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards to track campaign ROI, and business performance. • Analyze customer and revenue data to identify trends and actionable insights. • Streamline workflows and automate manual processes using Power BI, Excel to increase reporting speed and accuracy. Forecasting & Business Planning: • Short-term and long-term marketing and revenue forecasts in coordination with related department. • Support annual and monthly business planning cycles, including data analysis, scenario modeling, and performance tracking. Campaign Operations: • Coordinate and support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns across market. • Monitor campaign performance, ensure timely follow-up, and provide post-campaign insights to management.
