I love Zumba and love teaching!! I have lead private groups in Zumba. During the pandemic, my business changed to virtual classes. I have continued to teach virtually. I keep up with the industry and study new choreography from Zumba.com. I also create my own choreography using popular songs and old songs that are fun. I would love to teach in a physical studio someday. But for now, love sharing my class with anyone who wants to have a good time, dance, and get fit!!
·Created departmental procedure manual by collecting and testing all procedures, developed training materials and conducted training for all departmental employees using ESRI products for maintenance of graphics database resulting in standardized procedures, training and increased efficiency. ·Developed training materials, scheduled and conducted classes for annual evaluations for up to four departments. ·Performed weekly quality checks on 1,000 accounts worked by a staff of 9 people ·Improved performance through Quality Control activities including weekly meetings with staff to discuss and minimize errors. ·Digitized subdivision plats of 50 lots or more ·Used Cogo to input fieldnotes and subdivision plat information ·Supervised a map production project for 11 years ·Drafted fieldnotes for a staff of 5 people ·Created a system to track documents to be worked in the department ·Researched properties in conflict for walk-in customers ·Researched properties that required extensive investigation using various sources such as deeds and subdivision plats ·Researched property ownership
