I am a Project Manager in the Industry and Buildings and Project Management Consultancy Business Line at Royal HaskoningDHV (PTY) Ltd. My career has included multi- disciplinary built environment and Infrastructure projects with multiple work streams in both the public and private sector. I have 10 years of working experience and 5 of which I was in project management and Business development. I am adaptable, fresh and easily trainable to a company ethos. I have training in both traditional waterfall and agile project management methodologies particularly Scrum master and Product owner courses and currently applying them in projects. I was also in the South African defence force as a Naval technical officer serving in the frigates under electronics and weapons engineering field, where I gained my experience in personnel development, team building and team leadership. I am a Direct and decisive leader with hands on management style. Strong passion in team development, team building and team leadership. Currently I am studying Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)majoring in Entrepreneurship.
