• Control M Scheduler • Maintaining (Create/Modify) Batch jobs in Control-M • Regular monitoring of failure alerts • Ensure all systems are available by the required SLA. • Monitor daily backup schedule on Networker. • Monitoring and escalation of alerts via SCOM (Systems Centre Operations Manager) to relevant teams. • Provide user support to consultants to achieve service availability in line with JSE Business needs. • I provide 1st and 2nd line Production support on the JSE trading applications, including resolution of online and batch outages, incidents and service requests. • Support and monitor systems to ensure that the JSE Production systems execute accurately, timely and within agreed SLA’s. • Perform health checks and system checks as required (maintenance). • Perform problem analysis (route cause analysis) for Production outages and direct the outage to the correct team for resolution; which will include a good understanding of the technologies and software (code) deployed (i.e. be able to determine if an issue is related to infrastructure or software); • Ensure adherence to the JSE’s Release Management and Change Control policies and procedures; • Support Biztalk environment health checks
