Lead the global talent function for a large workforce across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Oversee talent management, performance, learning, leadership development, reskilling, and workforce digitisation. Drive upskilling initiatives and champion lifelong learning to support digital transformation across global manufacturing sites. ▪ Developed and launched a global reskilling framework to prepare the workforce for automation, Gen AI and digitisation. ▪ Drove enterprise-wide upskilling and secured strong leadership participation in digital learning. ▪ Redefined succession planning through a ‘TOP 300’ framework and peer-led talent reviews. ▪ Increased high-potential engagement via a leadership development programme delivered with elite performance coaches. ▪ Launched a development programme to foster complex, future-ready leadership mindsets. ▪ Implemented an Internal Talent Marketplace, promoting skills-based mobility and career growth. ▪ Closed key leadership gaps in strategic thinking and digital fluency through targeted capability-building.
Designed and executed the global TA strategy, launching an RPO model to support global hiring.
