About

Senior Digital Business & Technology Leader. I build, scale and commercially run digital platform and service businesses - from software and operations organizations to P&L, pricing and portfolio responsibility. At CARIAD (Volkswagen Group), I led Connected Vehicle Services for 45M+ vehicles in 90+ countries: 120+ internal employees, 500+ FTE under management, >€120M budget. We significantly raised the availability of business-critical services, cut costs by up to 50% through standardization, and rolled out new functions faster while operating legally regulated services (emergency call/eCall), certificate/PKI-based backends, and localized platform instances for data-sovereignty markets such as China. My commercial foundation comes from Texas Instruments: automotive semiconductor portfolios of up to multiple hundred M€ revenue, direct pricing, go-to-market and product launches with leading OEMs in Europe, the US and Asia. Board experience: voting member of the Board of Directors at WirelessCar. What I do best: building successful teams, turning custom one-off developments into standardized, repeatable products and services, with clear accountability and measurable results.
