Responsibility: 1. Working closely with all functions to achieve zero LTI rate and deliver every year KPI commitments related to waste reduction, suggestion for improvement system. 2. Maintain all facilities and utilities equipment with PM & TPM for air compressor, air dryer, vacuum system, Stream dust collector, HVAC, AHU, FCU, FA, Air Conditioning, elevator, exhaust system, WWTP system, Boiler system, forklift, reach truck, lighting, fire protection system, LV & HV room and schedule monthly service and maintenance on time. 3. Ensure timely and accurate CapEx and OpEx execution and reporting related to Facilities and Maintenance. To update any project for building improvement. Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure committed cash flow is achieved and minimal deviation with plan and interruption to production. 4. To prepare all needed utilities required by production and end user. To implement energy savings activities to minimize energy consumption and carbon footprint. 5. Working closely with government bodies such as Bomba, Enegy Commission (ST) , MBSA, DOSH, DOE and building consultant for permit renewal or any building/equipment upgrade application. 6. To ensure facilities team followed the ISO 90001, 14001 and 18001. To ensure all work related to facilities service are well recorded with checklist, to ensure all work must be done with safety manners and to ensure all works must be avoid any pollution to environment. 7. To implement 5S3R & Kaizen activities at all facilities area. To successfully pass the yearly FM Global audit and do the necessary preparation. 8. To implement risk assessment and MOC at all facilities area to avoid any accident. To brief all subordinates and contractor with safety briefing before start any work/repair/maintenance/servicing. 9. Develop and enhance skills of facilities team. 10. To handle facilities team, chargeman team, boiler man team and WWTP/IETS team.
1. Responsible to troubleshoot, develop and implement TPM,Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Machine/Equipment Installation, Energy Saving Project,In House Servicing, work instructions, and to review/update them when necessary to all machine and facility. 2. To coordinate with, provide guideline and technical support to, direct and monitor maintenance staff in carrying out preventive maintenance, repair, project and improvement works. 3. Responsible to carry out machine breakdown analysis, provide suggestion and carry out necessary preventive and correction action. 4. Responsible to develop, establish and improve maintenance techniques/standard that would effectively reduce and downtime. 5. Responsible to plan, coordinate, implement and supervise improvement job and new project in a timely manner to facilitate the production function. 6. To liaise and establish good relationship with relevant department, consultants, suppliers, contractors/sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure efficient implementation of maintenance and project works. 7. Responsible to implement, practice and cultivate safe work procedure and good housekeeping rules to promote hazard free and clean working environment. 8. Responsible to prepare PM schedule, coordinate and follow-up preventive maintenance jobs and make sure that all jobs are carried scheduled. 9. To perform works followed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 10.
