I have over 18 years of experience working across diverse manufacturing environments. My core competencies include managing New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through product release, as well as sourcing and supplier quality management. I am proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor and regularly use laser cutting machines and 3D printers to produce functional prototypes. In addition, I conduct ESD testing in accordance with ANSI/ESD standards, including ANSI/ESD STM 2.1, 7.1, 9.1, 11.11, 11.12, 11.13, SP15.1, 97.1, and 97.2. Beyond technical responsibilities, I also manage the administrative and in-house marketing functions for the Lightning Protection Solutions business, supporting project execution, documentation, and customer engagement. Part of the R&D team developing a new niche static mitigation products. Support continuous improvement in existing ESD products. Conduct tests on product to determine correct parameters are obtained before product is launched. Source for quality and reliable parts from suppliers local and abroad. Work out cost-structure for new products.
Manage RoHS data/information from existing and new suppliers (local and international) to abide by the EU RoHS directives. Ensured all unreported parts in division’s BOM are declared Compliant enables division to complete QSO and meet SHP release date without any delays.Involved in Data Refresh activities to ensure the RoHS data provided by suppliers are accurate, reliable and up-to-date. Provided BOM scrub reports monthly for both NPI’s and Conversion products to all divisions. so that any unreported or problematic parts that need to be addressed before a product can be declared Compliant. Participated in the Enovia-V6 upgrade/enhancement project. Completed 100% critical testing scenarios on time and without issues/defects. Performed BOM monitoring to ensure division’s BOMs (both NPI and Conversion Products) are always green (Compliant) and that any changes to the compliance status of the products to yellow/red is captured and identified. Held meetings with different divisions to discuss and provide guidance to rectify issues when BOMs turn green to yellow/red. RoHS focal person to advice division questions related to making their BOMs green to comply with SHP compliance. Involved in Green BOM Green meetings and New Part Set-Up project.
Managed the incoming quality of parts from local and international suppliers for 24” and 44” plotter printers. Reduced incoming quality issues by implementing sampling checks for parts which are categorized as high risk. Conducted supplier audits on processes, incoming and outgoing quality, storage and documentations.Monthly Critical Supplier Performance Monitoring.Reviewed and monitored 8D/CAR (Corrective Action Report) from suppliers.
