I have over 18 years of experience working across diverse manufacturing environments. My core competencies include managing New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through product release, as well as sourcing and supplier quality management. I am proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor and regularly use laser cutting machines and 3D printers to produce functional prototypes. In addition, I conduct ESD testing in accordance with ANSI/ESD standards, including ANSI/ESD STM 2.1, 7.1, 9.1, 11.11, 11.12, 11.13, SP15.1, 97.1, and 97.2. Beyond technical responsibilities, I also manage the administrative and in-house marketing functions for the Lightning Protection Solutions business, supporting project execution, documentation, and customer engagement. RoHS focal person to advice division questions related to making their BOMs green to comply with SHP compliance. Involved in Green BOM Green meetings and New Part Set-Up project.
