- Building Operations and Maintenance Manager (focusing on safety, inspection, and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, equipment, and infrastructure issues within a school building). - Company asset tracking and management (including creating an asset register, updating lists of new or disposed assets, performing asset handovers, conducting periodic asset inventories, etc.) - Technical consultation and procurement of equipment and tools based on requirements. - To carry out other duties as assigned
- Perform work assigned by superiors. - Condition monitoring, regular inspections, close monitoring of system in order to keep them running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure. - Give ideas, report problem to my manager.
