· Assist senior consultants and leaders in managing client projects, gradually taking on more responsibility · Support the project team in configuring NetSuite and developing solutions for clients, with guidance from experienced leaders · Contribute to gathering client requirements, defining scope, and planning tasks, learning to manage the project lifecycle

· As the first hire of this new role, I helped establish QA related procedures across the entire facility · Learned about QA related testing, GMP, documentation write-up, and R&D for product development · As part of a small team, I learned how to support fellow team members while completing my own tasks
