For malls operation: take care of Financial, Operation, Sale and Marketing performance. Strictly control Cost and Sale. For products development: opened malls in new market, re-mix current malls such as Vincom Center Dong Khoi, Vincom Thao Dien, Vincom Hung Vuong, Vincom Phan Van Tri. Develop concept for Grand Park. For customer care: taking care of key accounts from fashion, F&B, and others for new sales and contract renewal, after sale service, notably Uniqlo, H&M, Mai Son, Haidelao etc Creativity: proposed and implemented re-layout Vincom Center, thus got extra sale 15 billion/year. For retail real estate properties: in charge of 2000 shop houses across the South and set up budget and operation plan for Grand World Phu Quoc. Contract review, set up standards and SOP for Retail Real Properties Management. Handled difficult cases in customer care.
General Manager for Vincom Xuan Khanh cum Vincom Hung Vuong, with a team of 150 staff. Marketing planning and execution: annual planning and quarterly execution, notably implement "Cho Que" concept for Vincom Xuan Khanh in Tet 2016-2017, result in 50% footfall increase and 20% sale improve. Proposed to lease terrace for local farmers to sell flowers at Tet, instead of purchasing flowers for decoration, saving billions from marketing budget. Opened Vincom Xuan Khanh, made it the most sucessful mall in Mekong, and began with a new product: Shop houses, which will be very profitable for the company. Shop houses: creating Operation, Design Standards, involving in products development and improvement.
Leading Sale and Leasing; set up for pre openings and grand openings of Sense city department store Issue standards for Fit Out, Design Guidelines and supervise tenants schedule and quality.
