- Consult higher education in the US/UK/IRELAND for students to study abroad - Manage students' application to institutions - Mentor applicant to write effective Personal statement and Scholarship Essay - Finalised about 30 students go study abroad successfully per intake - Mentored 95% of student to awarded scholarships, including full-ride scholarship
Tikop project (4 months) Social Content - Administer activities on the fan page and community group, answer customer’s queries and regulate the controversy. - Schedule and produce daily social content for Tikop’s fan page. - Planned and organized marketing and social campaigns on multi-channel social platforms, engaging up to 1200 people to join, contributed 93% KPI of month. SEO Content - Planned to produce standardized SEO contents for the Blog session, with about 30 blogs/month. Website. - Designed and updated a new website to optimize SEO and UX/UI.
OSIM International (7 months) ● Supervised and adjusted stores’ display followed guidline from OSIM HQ in Singapore. ● Assisted the Singaporean expert in training sales staffs to self-manage the process of setting up in stores. ● Plan the implementation of promotions, design POSM for sales support, and set marketing campaign objectives. ● Organized roadshows at major malls, providing marketing support to sales staff to achieve 85% of the revenue target. ● Conducted surveys on competitors and prominent brands at commercial centers to generate improvement ideas for the stores. ● Designed, translated, and redacted content for the whole website on Shopify Platform. ● Planned and created content for main fan page and sub-fan-pages of OSIM. ● Managed products and orders on Website, and e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…). ● Corporated with a Creative Agency to build Tiktok channel for OSIM, including content creation, and feedback, as well as supervising the production process.

Conversion rate up to 11%. Admin Fanpage Begreen House Build chatbot strategies and scripts to sell through fanpage and take care of customers, generating an average conversion rate of 27%. Pulling the team's average monthly revenue from 101 million to 272 million VND. Administered fan page and facebook community group for cosmetic customers, post content periodically and handle tickets from customers Affiliate Marketing Specialist Built a new Affiliate CMS system, recruiting and training 23 sales agents for Cosmetics. Revenue from agents reached 17 million VND.
