United States
I am a administrator, educator, researcher, political commentator, and international curriculum consultant based in the US and Europe/Russia, specializing in institutional development, project management & program review, curriculum development, and multi-national partnerships and exchanges. I have served in a wide array of administrative and academic roles in the US, as well as in Albania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bahrain, the UAE, the Marshall Islands, Nigeria, China, Cambodia, Russia, and Iraq. I have been responsible for multi-division and multi-million dollar budgets, and organized financial reporting to Executive Boards, Government Departments and accreditation and licensing authorities. My work experience across the globe has exposed me to a wide array of innovative and effective approaches to organization, evaluation, and management, broadening my personal, managerial, and administrative horizons. It has also allowed me to build cross-cultural and cross-generational communication skills, which combine with a gregarious nature to support co-workers and colleagues, attract global partnerships, as well as devise organizational strategies for inclusive, innovative, efficient work environments. Thus, collaborating with senior leadership teams and Executive Boards to determine organizational strategy, fundraising priorities and campaigns, administrative priorities, cross-institutional coordination, and inclusive working environments are part of my skill set.
