Broad knowledge of wastewater treatment developed over 25 years of experience in the field, encompassing physical/chemical processes for clarification and filtration, biological processes for nutrient removal, disinfection, and biosolids handling. Well versed in the municipal procurement process for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Experience on a wide range of project sizes from small "local" projects to large international projects. Managed a team of process engineers and experts with multiple responsabilities: - Develop, optimize and validate wastewater treatment line designs for large Design & Build contracts. - Produce the basic engineering process documents for large Design & Build contracts. - Promote and evaluate new technologies applied in wastewater treatment. - Improve competitiveness of mature products and technologies. - Knowledge management: maintain technical document database content and update through return experience program. - Create and improve modeling and sizing programs for wastewater treatment plant design. - Establish and present an extensive program of technical training classes. - Participate in technical presentations and reviews.
