Project Executive, As National Program Lead I have established a strong relationship with JPMorgan Chase. I have worked closely with senior leaders at Chase to develop and streamline all the processes used for construction programs today. Providing a variety of services based on Client needs, My Team has touched over 4000 JPMorgan Chase locations. These programs include: Consultancy services for the five-year expansion of 600 JP Morgan Chase retail locations; Program Management services the surveying of 810 current Washington Mutual/future JP Morgan Chase locations; Program Management, Construction Management, and Procurement services for the temporary re-brand to JPMorgan Chase of 557 WaMu sites in California; Design / Build services for the 211 locations as part of the WaMu Conversion Program; interior remodeling at 180 branches as part of the JPMorgan Chase WaMu Conversion Program; exterior lighting upgrades at 11 JP Morgan Chase branches within various US regions; interior retrofitting at 13 existing branches in Texas; General Contracting services for finishes and furniture upgrades at JP Morgan Chase bank branches across 17 states for the Sales Space Ad Program (approximately 300 sites per year); value engineering consulting services to help streamline the format of their new branch bank construction; turnkey construction services for the expansion and remodeling of two (2) existing Louisiana JPMorgan Chase bank facilities in Albertsons grocery stores; turnkey Construction Management services for the expansion and remodel of over 600 existing JP Morgan Chase banking facilities throughout New York, Texas and Chicago; turnkey construction services to bring 125 branches from previous acquisitions up to current JP Morgan Chase interior brand standards; and turnkey construction services for 800+ high profile branches in the Texas, Chicago and New York markets (Chase Private Client), designed for high net worth financial services customers.
I joined Lend Lease in November 2007 to play an integral part of Multi-site group for the McDonalds Combined Beverage Business roll out. As Senior Project Manager for the Pacific Northwest and Pacific Sierra regions I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of implementation of the CBB program for McDonalds at over 800 Restaurants in the 2 regions. I lead a team of 12 Project Managers who successfully completed the two regions on time and below budget and set the bar for the remaining regions. I helped develop a national database used for estimating and audit purposes as well as a corporate playbook that detailed all the processes to be followed to be in compliance with the clients policies and procedures.
I was the Senior Project Manager for Takota Corporation a Federal Government Contractor. I handle setting up new contracts, preparing the submittals, putting together the schedules and schedule of values, help develop scopes for subcontractors, assist in the purchasing of construction materials and work with Project Superintendents and Quality Control managers. I also assist in the preparation of billings and when needed perform administrative services from my home office in Spokane, WA for Federal construction projects throughout the US. I have work with all government agencies and closely with the contracting officers.
General Manager; IPE, Inc. is a commercial construction company specializing in convenience stores and grocery store remodels. In September1996, I was promoted to General Manager and was responsible for rebuilding the company from the ground up. My duties as General Manager included responsibility for the complete day to day operations of the company, Quality Control of all projects, administration of all contractual agreements, estimating and job costing on projects, annual company budget forecasting and management and daily communications with numerous clients. I pursued and secured such clients as Costco, Safeway, Albertson’s, Kroeger Foods, Fred Meyer Stores, Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.
