• Reviewed ISO or FSSC, GMP, and HACCP audits • Audited production procedures, records and activities for conformity and accuracy • Reported non-conformances to responsible parties • Assisted in creating and maintaining the food safety and quality systems • Conduct and assists in plant inspections • Reviewed sanitation activities and collect sanitation documents. • Assists in training all production employees on GMP and CCP Procedures, as required • Performs training validation for operators and lab technicians • Investigated causes for customer non-conformances and implementing of corrective actions • Investigated causes for process non-conformances and implementing of corrective actions. • Performed operator training validation as required • Reviewed and maintains calibration records • Lab result evaluation and review • Purchasing of lab supplies and/or equipment • Writing work instructions for various areas of the plant or lab. • Other duties assigned by QA Manager and Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director
