I've been at my current job for over 20 years, i basically do everything! GRAPHIC DESIGN: I do original designs, I work with customers to design their projects from scratch and also advise them with the details they need to make the artwork correct to send to us. I use the entire Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, Fusion Pro and other programs to impose and set up jobs for production. I set up variable data jobs for mailings everyday. Reviewing files to make sure they are print ready is a specialty of mine. CUSTOMER RELATIONS: I've built great relationships with our customers over the years. They count on me and trust that they will get a quality product on time. They also trust my judgement. I find little mistakes all the time before the job is printed and stop it to try to resolve the issue before printing. SUPERVISOR: I am in charge of scheduling production of 2-5 employees daily. I keep the work flow going and deal with and solve issues to meet the production needs. I also take payments, enter jobs in the system and some quoting. PRINT PRODUCTION: I run multiple sophisticated digital copiers, I've also ran several offset printing presses in the past. Daily, I operate paper cutters, folders, hole punchers, etc. And I am familiar with all aspects of the bindery process. I am a high quality, responsible print production expert.
